In-Person Consultation with Toxin Screen

I am now offering online and in-person consultations to those who are interested in addressing the root cause of their chronic diseases, symptoms and who are empowered to take charge of their health and their future. If you are interested in an appointment, please email connect@kristykingmd.com Please include the following information: * Your current chief complaints or top 3 goals you would like to address * Your current list of medications and supplements * Your current lab test results (in the past 1-2 years), imaging tests, genetic test, environmental toxin test results (chemicals glyphosate and heavy metals and mycotoxins) * Emails or phone numbers of your current primary provider for your health ✔️We suggest getting your nutrigenomic data gathered from either https://refer.23andme.com/s/drlu or https://refer.ancestry.com/drlu (cost around $79 -100 just the ancestry panel, then you will have the access to RAW data and you can email the raw data to us and we can go over the results with you) ✔️We will order special environmental toxin burden tests at your first appointment. They are not yet covered by insurance. A physician is required to order this test. All tests ordered are final and we do not offer a refund. Mycotoxins can be added to the above panel for an additional $210. The vibrant toxin panel is included in the consultation fee and the kit will be provided at your initial appointment. ✔️We strongly recommend Oligoscan (www.theoligoscan.com) to test your minerals, heavy metals and vitamin levels (this is included in your initial in-person appointment). Virtual appointments are also available, however, in order to complete the Oligoscan, and in-person appointment is required. Looking forward to cracking the code to optimal health with you. Instruction for followup: Once we have your genetic and environmental testing (23andme raw data, environmental toxin profile and oligoscan), we will follow up on a 30 min phone call. The total cost for this package is $985.00 An invoice will be sent once your email is received. Payment in full is required prior to confirming appointment.
